Habit, name describes
itself, it can be find in any person in the world. Habits are the main reason
behind which every human or non humans are working today. Like some expersts
said very famous sentences regarding habits “firstly we make habits and then habits
will make us. So its very precious thing which we have to be care about.. The
work which we are doing continuesly in daily routine, that decides our habits. we
all have to take care about making our habits according to our daily routine,
if our habits will be good and we are trying to make them better and more
better in daily routine then we can say that we. These habits can cause in
different manner in our life.
If any body have bad
or old habit in their life and they ‘ve need to broke that one then they ve to
take care about some important aspects of life. Habits are making by our
continues efforts which we r doing unknowingly. First of all we have to find
out the way by which we will find out our good or bad habits. When you will
find out your habits then the next step is replace it with another habit,
because I think every body need some habits to fill that emptly space of our
last habit. Then you have to figure out you next good habit to take place on
that previous one.
For replacing our old habit
with other one you have to start work on it with in a minute not tomorrow not
next week, it will possible if and only when you will start doing it . Because unnecessary
thinking on that thing will cause a bigger pause on our working, which will
cause us lose. Next thing comes in the way is make that habit continue. If u
will not able to continue that habbit then you have to find out the reason
behind that , you have to find you the path where you leave you this habit. You
have to recommit it with in current time and there is no need to loose your
confidence or temper on this occasion. Its just matter of focus. There are
alots of thoughts came in our life in daily routine through which we can be go
off to our path. Last and formost thing which I think important is enjoying
this process, because you will take it as depression then you can’t continue it
till the point. For making this process not-temporary you have to focus on
habits carefully and then you will see life that will be the best time of your
life.
